Satellite technology moves fast and images are getting more and more highly resolute. The Sentinel satellites have given rise to new practical solutions since continuous monitoring of land and download functionality are unprecedented.
The RECAP project aims to develop an improved monitoring of the CAP obligations and make cross-compliance more efficient.
The idea of RECAP is to combine state-of-the-art remote sensing with modern ICT and get a service tool for all stakeholders involved in cross-compliance implementation and monitoring (farmers, agricultural consultants, Paying agencies).
